In another plate add your rimming binding agent (what the salt will stick to). For the best results and a much thicker rim finish then use egg white or simple syrup (never use water as it doesn't stick well). Step 2: Rim the Glass Roll the edge of the glass into the rimming agent to get an even coverage. Too thick and it will run down the glass. Then roll the edge of the glass in the cocktail salt or sugar rimmer to get the desired effect. You can rim the full glass, half or quarter, go thick or a simple fine edge - it is up to you. Step 3: Add your cocktail Glitter The final step is to add your cocktail and to add in Snowy River all natural cocktail glitter.
